Speaker Bio: Dr. Ron Hurst is a warm and engaging leader who understands the vital nature of relationships in building business success. A professional leadership coach, successful trainer, and former manufacturing general manager, Ron has walked a mile in many different shoes and boots. He understands the challenge of being effective with other personality styles and the frustration and joy of trying to get people to work together harmoniously.
Ron is known for his ability to make connections with his trainees and help them to significantly develop their skills and abilities. It’s not just an intellectual transaction with Ron. He is present for his trainees, giving them the energy and empathy needed, making an emotional connection to help them grow.
