Duplicate/Replacement Diploma

To order a duplicate diploma, first complete the Duplicate/Replacement Diploma Order Form. Submit this completed form, along with your payment of $60, to Student Accounts. Once Student Accounts has received your form and payment, the order will be given to Registrar’s office for processing.

Please note: The Office of Alumni Engagement does not process duplicate or replacement diploma orders and is not involved in the process. We do not offer complimentary replacements. All questions and processing are handled directly by the Office of the Registrar.
